Villa and apartment are just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, also nearby is the Cala Capitan beach. 10 minutes walk away will bring you to the shops, restaurants, tennis courts and the yacht harbour.
The villa and apartment are set in tropical gardens in a gated complex, communal swimming pool is located at the back door of the villa. The villa and apartments can be rented together so suitable for 2 families to share sleep a maximum of 10
